A Brother's Rivalry

They become orphaned by the death of their mother (during childbirth) and their father's disappearance. The twins both have a fascination with the practice of medicine. The brothers become adversaries as both fall in love with the same woman. One of the brothers flees to the United States to try to start a new life. The past comes back to haunt him in the form of both his brother and his father.
